Located in Eysines, less than 9 kilometers from the heart of Bordeaux and at the gateway to the Médoc vineyards, Havana welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. This single-story house enjoys a peaceful setting in a residential neighborhood. You will appreciate its ideal location for discovering the many treasures of our region: you can easily reach the city center of Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage city since 2007, with a tram stop less than 500 meters away; the Médoc wine route begins just a few kilometers away and invites you to discover its prestigious appellations. Our house sits on a fully enclosed property with a large landscaped garden and a beautiful, private terrace, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. It comprises a lovely living area with an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a TV lounge, a fireplace with an insert, a very bright veranda, three bedrooms each furnished with a 160x200cm bed (one with its own small en-suite shower room), a separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate WC. One of the bedrooms opens onto the veranda via a window. Parking is available on the property. A cot and high chair are provided.
