Beautiful resort with large pools and great service everywhere we went - felt very welcomed. 2 minute walk to the beach with lots of options for food and shopping; obviously beautiful white sand and clear waters. Lots of people trying to sell things but some activities like paragliding and clear kayaking are worth looking into! Definitely coming back.

Breakfast was good, appetizing with different variant of food that suits and serve everybody. With regards to internet connection, it’s not stable and strong inside the room. And airconditioning inside the room somehow not that cold enough but tolerable.

no elevator and you have to be psychic

I woke up 4 times on the first night because the aircon kept shutting down. finally, at 4 am, I switched rooms ruined my first vacation day the mediocre check in process was a sample of overall below average service. after the expressionless check in person told me the hotel had no elevator, she said someone would help me and then turned away. as i looked around the empty lobby, there was no one Also, not on the website or even in the fine print: no elevator no slippers unless you ask. free water but look for the dispenser, it's there somewhere only one international news channel; the one i least liked looking for the way out or into the hotel, use google maps on the way out or back to your room, be sure you're physically fit. it's faaaaaar on the positive side, the staff who helped me change rooms was polite and helpful. I forgot to thank him BECAUSE IT WAS 4 AM!

Beautiful property. Central station 2, right next to the beach. Very walkable to everything including d'mall. Nice rooms with spacious bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast buffet each morning was crowded but short wait relatively speaking and had a wide variety of options available. Really good gym - lots of equipment - but also crowded.

Henann has great but Expedia was horrible! I bought this trip as a gift for my sister and when she got there, there was a balance on the account. Apparently, Expedia did not communicate changes and, although I have paid in full, Hennan shows a balance. My sister had to wait hours and Expedia still could not fix it. Horrible customer service.

The room at Henan was lovely and an easy walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. I will consider staying there in the future. The only downside was their insistence on checking the room on our departure. We were in town on business and were part of a group that had a scheduled appointment.
