This cozy, intimate and exceptionally clean studio condo floorplan boasts an open fully stocked kitchen, dining area, bedroom and living area. The full glass sliding doors opens to the fully screened and furnished lanai balcony with palm trees, pool and Gulf waters in view. Overall condo ambience renders a Zen atmosphere.
Living area has an adjustable wall mounted TV with full Comcast Xfinity cable TV / WiFi Internet package throughout the condo and TV sound bar.
Bedroom is open to the living space and enjoys view of the TV when the wall mount is rotated to face the king size bed. Resort quality bed and bath linens are included. A large custom built-in walk-in closet is available for your belongings.
Bathroom also newly remodeled with extended counter features a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage space.
Kitchen comes equipped with a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, glasses and the basic small appliance tools needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker and Nutribullet blender. Culinary needs are met.
All bed linens, bath and beach towels are included.
2 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are included.
Laundry facilities are located in Buildings 1, 3 and 5. Credit cards accepted. Pay per load.
Building towers have two elevators each
Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk across the street to the beach.
Parking passes are required and available at the HOA office in Building 4 during business hours. Please obtain a parking pass within 24 - 48 hours of your arrival and display on dashboard of your vehicle.
