Check in process was easy and the host communicated well with us throughout our stay. When we first arrived the automatic curtains were not working, which was not a great start. Tucker responded quickly to our phone call and attempted to fix them, and ended up getting a maintenance person to replace them the next day. Overall the rental unit was a bit dirty, including the shower and bathroom walls. Just seemed like it was cleaned very quickly and not as thorough as we would have liked. Tv remote was sticky and gross also. Plus, the elevator was very noisy and we could hear it from our room. After a different unit complained they shut down the elevator for maintenance. Despite all this, we did enjoy our stay. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced rental that is right across the street from the beach, this would be a place for you! Having the beach right there every day certainly made up for some of the other shortcomings. The two restaurants within walking distance were certainly a plus.

The condo was exactly as described, great location. New pools put in, has 1 pickle ball court and laundry on the first floor if needed. We were not in our condo much but it certainly covered what we needed.

Great location where you are able to just walk across to the beach. This is great as parking at the beach is an issue at busy times. The communication and friendliest was the best I think I’ve had while booking on any site. Super helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect . The walk to the beach took about 3 minutes from our unit ! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was very good and we were easily able to extend our stay due to the weather conditions at home . We will definitely try to book a similar unit next year !

Twenty-three of us stayed with our family and loved the place. Some units were better than others, but overall, it was fine. We noticed two things we wanted to share: the pool was clean because there weren't many people renting there at the time, but no one cleaned it during the three days we stayed.The other problem is that when we get there the office was closed so we were unable to check in and take the parking ticket.

Birthday Getaway

Aside from the rain, we enjoyed our stay more than I thought we would! I enjoyed the wall between the bedroom and living space for more privacy. I’m not sure it was thoroughly cleaned between stays—there was blond hairs on the bathmat and living room rug, crumbs on the bottom shelf of the coffee table. There were some beach items in the closet but they broke while we were using them. No dishwasher to help with checkout process. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well (I’m sure it’s just older plumbing). Door lock was confusing for a bit but property manager help with that fairly quick. We will probably be back just because of proximity to the beach!

Wonderful stay and great location!

Everything was exactly as described. Great location for going for daily beach walks. Great restaurants close by... I recommend The Fish House! You do have to get in the car for that one but it is definitely worth the very short drive down the street. It will be wonderful once the complete grounds work is done at this property as that is the only downside. Very pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Great Studio Condo

I’ve stayed at this condominium complex before, but this unit- by far- was the best. I liked the separation of living and bedroom spaces, the gulf views and the updated kitchen. The only miss- the AC did not seem to cool consistently. Coincidentally, Maintenance came by to place a grill on the outside of the unit (they were doing this throughout the complex). This addition did not seem to help. While not a deal breaker, the AC needs some attention before the warmer summer months. Having said all of this, I would stay in this unit again.

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club

Excellent location, beautiful beach view. Other than occasional construction noise the complex was very quiet. Being able to park close to the building & elevator close to condo was very convenient & felt safe. Also appreciated laundry downstairs was new & very clleann.
