great hotel

Booked for a stopover on journey from Denmark to hook of Holland great location on baltic coast marina.we got a great reception is was commented that they don't get many British visitors and made us feel really welcome all the staff were great as we're the facilities also evening meal was superb would recommend to anyone

Hotel ist in sehr schöner Lage, direkt am Hafen, der Aussicht ist perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Essen lecker. Leider unsere Zimmer war direkt am Eingang zum Flur und die Eingang Tür ging der ganze Zeit, auch in Nacht laut auf und zu. Schade. Sonst hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben

Ich würde gerne 5/5 Sternen geben, aber da dass Zimmer sehr warm war und es keine Klimaanlage gibt, gibt es nur 4. Lüften hat nur temporär geholfen. Eventuell lag es daran, dass das Zimmer direkt über dem Spa-Bereich ist.

Ein schönes toll hergerichtetes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und super Aussicht. Leider ist der Betreib nicht halb so gut. Total überlaufenes Frühstücksbüffet welches auch noch schlecht organisiert ist. Speisen sind schlecht zu finden. Bircher steht nicht bei Müsli, Hafermilch nur als Barista, Obstsalat wo man ihn nicht vermutet. Keinen Platz mehr am Tisch da, trotz ausreichend Personal, nicht abgeräumt wird. Atmosphäre wie beim schwedischen Möbelhausfrühstück. Laut und voll. Im vier Sterne Hotel einen Platz suchen zu müssen und mit mehr als 10 Personen in der Schlange anzustehen, ist schon ungewöhnlich. Das Zimmer hatte deutlich über 20 Grad Raumtemperatur trotz abgestellter Heizung. Laut Rezeption gibt es aber keine weitere Wärmequelle. Somit haben wir bei weit offener Terrassentür geschlafen. Bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur nicht wirklich ökologisch.

In der Bar leider nur eine Mitarbeiterin im Service. Sie war fleißig nur hatte keine Chance, da sehr viele Gäste hier waren. Hätte man aus dem Restaurant evtl. jemanden abziehen können. Sonst war alles sehr gut.
