The room, a small suite, was quite charming, combining traditional Italian style and modern functionality. Floor to ceiling windows looked out on the plaza, cushioned the noise and blackout drapes and comfy bedding made for a good nights sleep. The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. Breakfast most tasty. We are an older couple who have stayed here multiple times and undoubtedly will stay again when in Bologna.

This hotel is very special and one of my favourites. It’s located in the old town at the major square offering lots of sightseeing, great restaurants and shopping right at its doorstep. Staff is lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend and would absolutely return. Enjoy!

Very nice quiet room on top floor. Bit of a walk up if you don’t wait for elevator but good exercise. Very good breakfast with good service. Air conditioning works well if you like it cold like North American hotels. Can’t beat the location!
