Lovely little house but....

Apparently the property management did not know that heavy infrastructure construction was going on on the street. I counted at least 7 pieces of equipment making noise and dust in front of the house at one time. It was not at all relaxing and I left. I give the company credit for re-imbursing me for the rest of the stay that I paid for. When construction is done I'm sure it'll be nice.

Little yellow Cottage

I've already elaborated on this before... The place in my opinion was not as it was projected first and foremost there was no screen on the bedroom window so you could not open it and up the window without getting a bunch of bugs in the house no screen on the back door, going out to the patio the patio itself was filthy I had to sweep it off myself the chairs were dirty and the bench looked like it was ready to fall down the strung lights on the back patio had broken bulbs and misplaced lights there was mold on the front porch which means that underneath the house there could be a lot of mold which could creep into the property and cause some health challenges that people had mold problems there was only two hangers in one of the closets and none in the other one a lot of the silverware seem to be put away dirty the big expensive coffee machine was broken when we got there and although we tried we couldn't get it fixed.... Realistically, this place needs the electrical checked,doesnt look like code, there needs to be a mold inspection due to mold on front poarch probably caused by over spray by sprinkler system, there needs to be a sreen put on front bedroom window and a screen door on the patio entrance,the patio deck needs to cleaned n painted and decent lights hung,windows need yo be cleaned inside n out, hangers on both closets would be nice and luggage racks. Sorry to be so blunt but i am honest, this is not our first place we have rented and we both kno construction.

Great dog friendly house, great neighborhood

The house was perfect for my partner, me and our dog. It was very clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked. There is a fenced backyard that is great for a dog, the neighborhood is quiet, and we were walking distance to bars and restaurants. It's also a very easy drive to downtown Boise. We really enjoyed our time in Meridian and would stay again.

Dirty furniture and bedding

Went to check in and extremely dirty couch covered in dog hair bed sheets covered in dog hair stains all over carpet in living room and furniture was extremely dirty and poor condition. Shower head and curtain in very poor condition and had not been replaced in a long time. I contacted Vrbo right away and said would not stay here due to conditions sent pictures and left and still no response on any refund after 4 days I had to book a hotel last minute and will not ever use Vrbo after this experience very disappointing.

All I needed

Great place it had all just about everything you would need on a trip and it was very clean! The owner has made a great effort to think about the things you might need. Details matter! The house was so close to stores and even restaurants you can walk or a take store drive.

Great stay

Wonderfully quiet weekend stay over 4th of July! It was midpoint of our trip so utilized laundry facilities and plain old relaxed. Enjoyed fire works from back yard! Super quiet dead end road in town.

Quiet and cute

Had a few issues with cleanliness when I first arrived but communicated it with management and it was delt with in a very professional manner. This is a great neighborhood in a great central area. Super cute house.

Peace & quiet in a tough moment

The cottage has exactly what we needed, is clean, and very comfy. The Amazon Fire TV Stick wasn’t working for us but we could cast to the TV and that worked out great. We had to come in town on sort of last minute notice for a family funeral. Our family is spread between Meridian and Eagle, so looking for hotels we realized it was going to be so much better and less expensive to stay here. It allowed us to be close to everywhere we needed to go. It also gave us somewhere quiet to end the day.

Cute older house in quaint neighborhood. Right in old town neighborhood with great restaurants. Walkable to dining. Grocery nearby. Close to everything you need. Fenced backyard, great for dog. Perfect size for visiting family. Would stay there again.

Perfect

Finally after a couple years of disappointing stays I’ve found the perfect place to stay when traveling with my two Ridgebacks. The house is spacious, clean and thoughtfully prepared for travelers. The backyard is secure, private and the dog door made things stress free. Beautiful back porch and peaceful. I’ll always plan to stay at this property.

Cute home and pet friendly

Great location for what we needed and pet friendly with a good size backyard. Some essentials would be nice to have added in the future (toaster, coffee filters, cooking spray or oil) but good cafes and restaurants within walking distance so we were set. Would stay again.

Home Away from Home

This charming bungalow was perfect for me and my dog. It’s very clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood with walking distance of Historic Meridian. I became a regular at the Sunshine Cafe and 830 Common.
