The bed was very cool and comfy and I sleep soo good. There was no loud noise! Good hot shower. They let me check in early after a misshap with transportation

Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, I was concerned that the description says that there is oversized vehicle parking and that is entirely accurate. I had a small towable RV and was lucky to arrive early and grab a spot in the back corner of the lot blocking a locked gate, the staff at the front desk confirmed it was ok to park there. But don't show up in your jumbo size RV or U-Haul trailer and expect to park here, its right in a busy urban area with no real oversize parking!

We had a pet friendly room and upon arriving there was dog urine on the floor on the corner of the bed the toilet was plugged called the front desk and they came down and handed us a plunger and a mop!!! The bed was extremely uncomfortable and after being told I wouldn’t be charged the pet deposit they proceeded to try and charge my card 17 times!! Literally 17 times!! Thankfully when traveling I use Cash App and was able to lock my card so the charges never went through but 17 times? The manager is extremely rude. I would NEVER stay here again!!

Staff was nice, breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. I was checked into two used rooms and the room I was finally given was small and the shower looked like a solitary cell. The check-in issue was not the front desks fault but the rooms were marked as made when they weren’t.
