Location and parking were great. Overall the house was a cute and cozy place and the response time for questions from the host was excellent! The game room was fun, but a little less finished than expected. The bedrooms had comfy beds, but we had anticipated using the futon in the game room as well, but didn't due to cleanliness/comfortably. My brother slept on the couch instead.The comforter in the closet was not clean and the foam mattress topper for the futon was covered in spiders and webs. The underside of the futon was the same way when I went to lay it down and had to vacuum those plus the walls and floor around it to get rid of cobwebs, dirt and dust. It seemed as though the entire house hadn't been vacuumed because there were pieces of snack mix and popcorn kernels in the corners of the livingroom, game room and a large pill on the floor of the queen bedroom. The ceilings had cobwebs and dust as well. The sound machines were nice to have with it being a busy steeet, but the place would be much more comfortable with blackout curtains to block the light, especially with the extra light from the car dealership across the way. It was very bright, almost daylight seeming.
