Good value for money

The hotel allowed us to check-in early which was very helpful, airport transfer was easy to find at the airport too. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Breakfast was basic, but fine. We look forward to coming back next year for our business trip.

Everything was great except the service

The place is nice and well located. I stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite for one week, which was really comfortable, and spacious. My only issue, and the reason why I would not stay here again, nor recommend the place is because of the staff. The people in the front desk would not act in a way to make my stay comfortable. I would need to call many times to get my room cleaned up, even after asking them to clean it I would come back 3 hours later and the room would be uncleaned. I called the front desk to ask what happened, they only responded "yes sir'....which was an answer that I didn't understand. One of the days during my stay, the apartment upstairs had construction and despite me calling many times and even walking down to the lobby 4 times, nothing happened until I reached out to the manager, who was helpful and understanding. Edwin from the breakfast was amazing, he is the one person from the hotel that was really amazing going above and beyond. Catalina, Erika, and the other male attendants from the front desk were a mess. Because of them , I would not stay here again!

The reception is good , I get my card charge agene now is been over a month i don't get my money back to my card do to the accounting manger every day she have deferent excuses , one day the bank they don't process the transaction the second week , she will send it to my bank account , finally she agree to give the money to one of my partner , next day she change and she claimed she will credited to the cards .

Very nice hotel!!

It was a great place to stay. Very spacious room and even though it had no airconditioning the room was cold. The breakfast was simple but VERY good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel!!

My stay here was Good! The only negative thing I have to say about my stay is the Penthouse Suite I rented did not have a steam room or a jacuzzi tub. I would definitely return to this hotel because the staff was Great! If you book at this hotel make sure you are getting everything you want before you pay for your reservation.

Decent price but not worth the stay

Hotel is in a good location, close to good restaurants and a nightlife. Unfortunately regardless if you chose the suite (bedroom and living and kitchen) the suite needs to be refurbished. No TV in the living, makes it obsolete. Bathroom super small and shower even smaller. Water in shower takes literally 10-15 minutes to adjust without freezing or burning. Bed is by far the worst, similar to sleeping on wood. Worst of all, room #207 on the 2nd floor right on the street.....might have gotten a total of 6 hours of sleep in 3 nights....extremely noise room !!!! Finally, breakfast is decent being free, but the beast area is in a corner the size of an elevator where you have to wait for your turn to get some fruits and food...... I recommend spending a bit more, get a regular non-suite room, at other hotel near Parque 93. PS. The GM was nice enough to approach me and ask me if my stay could be more comfy.....didnt know exactly what to say other than, can you move the hotel somewhere else ?

Incredible staff

The hotel was small and sweet and the celebrity theme was fun. But I really enjoyed staying there because of the staff; all of them were extremely kind and helpful. Easily the best hotel staff I've ever encountered.

Tough for light sleepers

Not a good choice for light sleepers. The door and walls are very thin, and the hallways have tile floors, so all night the echos from people walking and rolling luggage made it difficult to sleep. The bed was advertised as being a pillow top with a down duvet however it did not either of these- instead the bed was very hard.

Good value and location

Great, spacious 2 bedroom suite with nice views. The staff is very helpful although English is limited. Good breakfast. Could use air conditioning, Bogota is generally cool but the bedrooms were hot, the windows open only in a limited fashion and it gets very noisy, easily. Across the street is a private school where they were practicing drums all day, till 7PM! For whatever reasons they decided to paint the adjacent suite in the evening, flooding our suite with paint smell.

Short and Sweet 36hr Layover in Bogota

This hotel is tucked near a residential area and park. I opted for the Alfred Hitchcock Penthouse on the 8th floor. It's a 2 level penthouse, 1st floor is the living room, full sized kitchen, sauna room. The master bedroom is on the second level with wrap around balcony overlooking a small park. It's a very quiet area and feels very safe. The staff at the hotel were so professional, spoke excellent English ( although I can speak Spanish ) and were very helpful. We were greeted with a glass of wine and were fortunate to catch the Argentina vs. Chile final futbal game in the hotel restaurant. Oh, btw, the breakfast is good. They can make eggs to order, there's yogurt, waffles, fresh fruit, continental brekkie offerings. Get a cab from the hotel or if you prefer, the hotel provides a driver to the airport for a fee.
