Been here a few times. Overall great place to go to. Close to the many a few things there are there. But disappointment was the pool not being kept and functioning.

The first room given to us, there were dead roaches and the toilet was pee stained and had difficulties flushing. The second room offered to us there were also dead roaches and the bed sheets were stained yellow. I brought my concerns to the receptionist and he was rude and called me a liar and wanted me to go back to the room so he can prove me wrong and that’s when I felt concerned for my safety and left.

Went in room and beds were not made with clean sheets. Carpet was not vacuumed. Bathroom was not clean. Toilet was gray bathtub was yellow...dirty. Towels were used and dirty. Brought housekeeper to make beds and discovered mattress pad was stained yellow. Lip stick on pillow cases. All had to be changed. Very disappointed in this room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in a lot of Best Westerns and they were always clean. Also no pool. And No breakfast. We should not have even stayed and also ask for a refund. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. SURE STAY BEST WESTERN IN BLYTHE.

The pool is "under construction" but we weren't notified. I was given a baggie with 12 ice cubes when I asked for ice. Half the motel has caution tape around it. I wasn't expecting much - and they didn't even hit that.

The pool was not operational, they couldnt do the breakfast service that was included in the room rate, we were the only ones staying so the message clearly was that they should not be open until they fixed their issues - TV and in-room phone did not work so we couldnt call for instructions, no soap in the bathroom and one coffee serving provided but no cups - we cancelled our second night's stay and moved on - shocking that this place is still operating and under the Best Western banner
