With multiple living spaces, a private setting, and plenty of room to relax, everyone can spread out while still enjoying time together.

Take in beautiful water views from the vaulted living room, gather around the large open-concept kitchen and dining area, or unwind in one of three sun-filled relaxation spaces, including our new screened room. The screened room is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, share a meal, or spend the evening listening to the sounds of nature—without worrying about bugs.

The fully finished basement offers a second living area that's ideal for kids or teens, while the private primary suite above the garage features its own ensuite bathroom and private deck, creating a peaceful retreat.
