Converted from a stone barn, this gîte is attached to another gîte. The spacious living room, tastefully decorated, exudes a welcoming atmosphere. You'll enjoy the dining area with its open-plan kitchen and central island. In season, you can relax in the lounge by the fireplace. From the terrace, you can admire the surrounding countryside: rolling hills, a secure pond, and walking paths. The owners, who live in the house next to the gîte, can advise you on local attractions and walks. A play area is available (slide, swing, etc.). You can enjoy a shared, covered, and heated above-ground swimming pool from April to October and during the Christmas holidays. A supplement of €150 will be payable on site if you wish to use the heated pool between November and March. Please inform the owners of your wish to use this option before your stay. You may have the opportunity to share some convivial moments with other travelers.

Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/living room, shower room, and separate WC. Electric heating and pellet stove.
Upstairs: one family bedroom for two people, one windowless bedroom for three people with a mezzanine bed (140x190cm below + 90x190cm above), one family suite comprising a bedroom for two people separated by a sliding door, and a windowless bedroom for three people, suitable for children (two 90x190cm bunk beds and one 80x190cm bed). This suite also has a door with direct access to the hallway. One bedroom for two people, a separate WC, and a shower room accessible via a dressing room. The cozy mezzanine lounge invites relaxation.

The cottage's extras: beds made upon arrival if this option is selected, linens, electricity, and heating included. Need more than you expected? Enjoy the second adjoining cottage for 12 people (up to 15 people maximum, extensions are planned) for your next get-together.
