This is my favourite place to stay at when I visit Blenheim. the staff are lovely, front desk service and willingness to help is excellent and the gardens are a riot of colour and joy.

The grounds were definitely beautiful and must have taken a lot of effort! The room was extremely clean and spacious feeling; the kitchen area had everything one would want. Loved having a private patio out the back. Would love to return!

We found the property excellent. Modern, new and spotlessly clean. The supermarket was an easy, short walk. Despite being on a busy road it was very quiet. We had a wee visit from a resident cat which we all enjoyed. We would recommend and would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. One small niggle was that when we paid there was a somewhat snarky comment about how did we get the room so cheap. We used a booking site which I would think was very common and how we actually found the property. I just thought the comment was unnecessary and nothing to do with us. They should take it up with the booking site.

We loved that our room had been renovated so had modern decor, fixtures and fittings. The beds were the best we have found on our travels. Shower pressure was fine. There's a supermarket across the road. We would certainly stay there again should we need to be in Blenheim.
