We had a great stay. The property area was near groceries, pharmacy, gas station, Dunkin, pizza n Chinese restaurant.
The fire pit n Hot tub was a plus.
The house was very clean and so comfortable space wise. One extra bathroom would be a plus. It has 3 full bathrooms but one is In master room so not always accessible.
The bathroom downstairs where game room is located, it could use a shower rack for shampoo etc.
Downstairs you will find the majorly of bedrooms and there's no AC. It may be ok in the Spring, Fall & winter but gets hot in Summer. The manager brought us fan but we also purchased our own.
The house is not senior friendly as stairs are steep.
The trash cans situation needs revisited as it's difficult to put trash bins in and out. We left out one night and had the visit of neighborhood near a few nights.
Back to pluses, the community lake was a hit. We kayak and spent day cooling off with a swim. Very nice. Property manager communication was quick and things got resolved on timely manner.
Had awesome time with family. Thank you for renting to us.
