I love this hotel because all the employees are professional and friendly. It is very quiet and very pleasant. I also love that it is in walking distance of restaurants and the mall. Absolutely love your hotel and will stay here every time I'm in Bismarck!

The front desk girl was very informative, welcoming and hospitable. Loved her attitude. The rooms where also clean but the whole hotel is a little outdated but still love coming back for family swimming.

Booked one room online. When arrived with dog (dog friendly hotel), they said they couldn’t give us the room we booked. Downgraded us. Only thing they did was wave nightly dog fee. Night desk person had to call some off site manager twice to see what to do. Very unprofessional.

Tried to take a shower and the water came out all rusted, bath tub was clogged and barely drained. Wall paper was coming off the wall, no phone in the room.
