A really great option for those, like me, who needed quick access to the train station and the city centre. It is encouraging to see the area being developed with facilities like this, it was definitely not there when I went to college at The Butts 30 years ago! :-)

Property is brand new, staff are very helpful and everything is modern and clean. Cogs restaurant is a credit to the hotel, and the food is excellent value for money given the high quality. Excellent stay all-round, and hope to visit again soon!

This hotel is in an excellent spot for travelling to Coventry by train, and is ideally placed for walking to the city. The staff are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the hotel’s greatest asset. Have a look at the restaurant/bar toilets. Couldn’t be better. Our suite was properly equipped, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was clean and airy. But what is the current hotel obsession with roll-top baths? At least this one was in the bathroom, which is more sensible than in some hotels, but nowhere to put the soap! Why not? Style over substance, I’m afraid. And the shower (excellent non-slip tray) could do with a towel hook. But these minor gripes didn’t detract from our stay. Thank you, particularly to the check-in and breakfast waiting staff.

A great hotel in Coventry city centre

Front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfy beds and pillows. The lobby is like a mini museum with a fabulous Austin Healey at the front door and penny farthing bike on the wall, a great hotel, looking forward to staying again soon!

Lovely extented weekend away

We booked this hotel due to its convenient access to Warwick where we wanted to do a couple of outings, in particular Warwick Castle. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself was very modern and absolutely spotless. Our room was located on the second floor and for the 2 nights we stayed we never heard a peep from any other guests, staff or outside noise, and as a regular traveler this was the quietest hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There is no car park for the hotel but there's a Sainsbury's car park a 2 minute walk away in which the hotel has discounted rates at £6 per 24 hours. Foolishly we chose to come on a busy Friday and the traffic was a bit of a nightmare, but once rush hour passed and throughout the remaining 2 days the traffic was much quieter making travelling very easy. The hotel is located a short 20 minute drive away from Warwick Castle, which made it the ideal location for us. Unsurprisingly the hotel restaurant (like all hotels) was on the pricey side, but there are plenty of fast food restaurants next and across from the hotel including Costa, Starbucks, Burger King, Greg's, and Domino's also deliver directly to the hotel. If we ever fancy another trip to Warwickshire or Coventry we will definitely be returning to this hotel, and I would highly to anyone of all ages and requirements. Fantastic hotel, thank you for our lovely extended weekend break with yourselves.

Nice Coventry option

The hotel is a quick 10/15 minute walk from the main shopping area snd cathedral area. It is modern and we enjoyed the air conditioning and comfortable beds. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice!
