The room was clean and tidy good size but the beds mattresses were to small for wooden frame and you couldn't even move without them making horrendous noise we got back to our room about 10.45pm After a concert tired after long day that started at 6am to the base of loud music that went on for ages

Room was not cleaned to the standard expected. Bathroom floor didn't look like it had been vacuummed. I also don't think they ever vacuum under the sofa beds, even though food debris can easily fall down it.

Modern hotel with very comfortable rooms, nice lobby and lounge area in a convenient area. Breakfast was really good with all kinds of option on the buffet and I also had dinner there which was very tasty! The staff were very friendly and helpful. 1 night stay

Just 1 night stay as my daughter had an exam at University. This hotel was great value and the included breakfast was good, lots of choice. Our room was on 8th floor and no noise issues for us. The beds felt hard at first but were really comfortable to sleep on, we had a great nights sleep and I would stay here again.

One night stay with my sister for a night out in Birmingham. Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, considering what we paid. Beds extremely comfortable, super shower and a free breakfast, can't complain! Right in the heart of Birmingham, will definitely stay again.
