The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The amenities were great and the rooms comfortable. The location was awesome 2 minute walk to the bullring and 2 minute walk to the coach station. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

the area is somewhat run down, at times quite dirty and a bit shady. the studio was good. The lotion device next to the shower was broken? the empty lotion bottle could not be removed. we were provided with a new bottle sitting on the floor as no other place to put it. The TV consistently stopped after 10-15 min for no reason. We were required to leave a deposit as warranty on arrival, we were not aware of rhis requirement. We were informed on arrival no cleaning at all as we were only staying for 7 nights. Overall not bad but not ideal

The staff at Adagio are excellent! Linda was exceptional; she went out of her way to help for a medical issue (not overly serious) and when working always attended to every request. Linda is the standard all others should be measured against. Truly exceptional! The property was very quiet, the room was more that adequate, utensils, hob, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher was everything you needed and a toaster was available from the front office. The only negative for us was the firmness of the bed. It was way too firm.

Very good experience

Great central location, very helpful staff, comfortable bed and clean, well-equipped studio. Luggage storage seems a basic function - but miserable Travelodge don't offer it, so it felt like a bonus here. Only downside is that street noise can be noticeable with windows open (but there's air-conditioning anyway).
