Our apartment is on the 2nd Floor of the Villa Seerose in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Up to 6 people (extra bed in the living room for the 5th and 6th Person) will find enough space here on 69 square meters over two floors. In the lower part of the apartment there is the kitchen, the living room, a large bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor there is another bath u. the children's room, which can also be used as a second, separate bedroom. So a vacation for two families is no problem. The apartment is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and high quality pine solid wood furniture in a Mediterranean style. For families with toddlers, a cot and. a high chair can be used free of charge. 2x flat screen TV, radio, internet, free parking space, barbecue area behind the house in the garden, a locked bike room and a bike rental in the immediate vicinity complete the offer.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit Strand- und EinkaufsnÀhe

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und die Zeit ist wie im Flug vergangen. Alles ist wirklich gut organisiert und man fĂŒhlt sich jederzeit betreut. Auch bei Fragen konnten wir uns problemlos an den Vermieter bzw. den Verwalter wenden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den zur Buchung gehörenden Strandkorb. Dieser hat vieles vereinfacht und somit vieles entspannter gemacht.

Wir haben schöne Weihnachtsfeiertage sowie eine super Silvesterparty in Binz verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist fantastisch ausgestattet: Spiele fĂŒr die Kinder & BĂŒcher vorhanden, beide BĂ€der mit Fenstern, top ausgestattetet moderne KĂŒche und der See gleich hinter dem Haus. Ein kleiner Spaziergang und schon ist man am Strand - wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem tollen Objekt. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Netto, Rossmann), BĂ€cker und Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichter. Es gibt tatsĂ€chlich nichts negatives zu sagen. Alle ElektrogerĂ€te funktionierten einwandfrei. DieWohnung ist nocht hellhörig, man bekommt von den anderen GĂ€sten wenig bis gar nichts mit. Positiv war auch die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter der Ferienwohnung, regelmĂ€ĂŸiger E-Mail-Verkehr und telefonischer Kontakt mit Informationen zur Anreise und zubuchbaren Optionen bei erfolgter Buchung und kurz vor der Anreise noch einmal. DafĂŒr ein großes Dankeschön, so gut haben wir uns noch nie betreut gefĂŒhlt. Toll war natĂŒrlich auch der Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört. Wir können diese tolle Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Lage ist zentral, aber ruhig und der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Schmachter See. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Objekt ist vollstĂ€ndig renoviert; die KĂŒche ist vollstĂ€ndig erneuert . die SchlafrĂ€ume sind ganz neu mit hochwertigen Einbauten und neuen wunderbar bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Sehr schönes Apartment, in toller Lage!

Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt! Sie war super sauber und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefĂŒhlt!! Die Lage war fĂŒr uns perfekt, Stand, BĂ€ckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Netto, Rossman..) in 5min, zu Fuß, erreichbar. Der Strand(ca5min)war die Wucht und das der Strandkorb inklusive war, phĂ€nomenal!!! Der Balkon und die zwei Etagen, waren fĂŒr uns optimal. Die Kids hatten ihren separaten Bereich mit Bad. Hinter dem Apartment liegt ein toller See, mit Park und Wasserspielplatz, muss man unbedingt mal besucht haben. Mittwochs (Stand August 2021, 19.00-22.00Uhr), legt dort ein Dj auf, wir waren begeistert, Ambiente und Stimmung waren super. Samstags gab es ein Barfußkonzert(kostenlos) am Strand, wer Livemusik unter freiem Himmel mag, definitiv nicht verpassen!!!
