If you would have had a problem after 8:00 there would be nobody in the office and your website did not say that they closed at 8:00 p.m. I will never stay there again because of that

Ms. Stephanie was extremely nice and took care of me when minor issues occurred. She answered my questions and took care of the issue right away, the room itself was very nice the bed I love !! It’s so soft and comfy the water pressure in the bathroom sink sucks because it was low pressure, now the shower pressure 10/10

Got there at 9:00 pm to check in and office was closed. No one was there to great us or give us keys to the room. There was a note on the door with a number to call. It was a very hands off experience. Couldn’t get the tv to work once inside and had to call back. There was a roach in the sink. Won’t be back.
