First off I called and asked if they had valet parking and was told they did. They do not. From the self parking it is a long walk and hard to find front desk. Very confusing layout.

I liked the balcony view of the gulf. Was disappointed in the bathroom layout and limited towels, they gave us two bath towels for two days and no one ever checked on our needs. The coffee maker was broken and missing parts. The refrigerator that was listed on the website was also missing.

The telephone never worked. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The ceiling fan and bathroom vent were caked with dust. I wrote my name and date in the dust on the top shelf in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and expedient.

Hotel charged more than the agreed upon Expedia resort fee and the room was nasty. Coffee maker did not work, floors were sticky, refrigerator was missing, shower door was broken and the outside window was so dirty that you could barely see out of it. The casino was OK even though I lost money and drinks were cheap. We did not use the pool. Restaurant's were pricy. Over all, bad experience.

The parking garage was terrible. Dirty nasty smelled of urien, Very loud music and yelling from the bar. Drunks hanging around your car. A very long walk to your hotel room two long hallways two elevators VERY INCONVENIENT.

The room was just as advertised on the site. Very spacious, very comfortable. Incredible viewpoint outside. The hot tub was an enjoyable experience. My only two complaints are that there was no please do not disturb sign for us to hang (very very minor complaint), and it was difficult to figure out how to connect to the wifi on certain devices.

Great Stay

Rooms were really nice and nicest bathroom we've ever had in a hotel. Casino was not crowded at all. Every staff member was very warm and friendly. We would love to visit again.
