Up to 9 people can comfortably enjoy 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & a massive backyard. Grill it up with the Black & Decker on the patio or curl up for a movie in 1 of the 2 living rooms. Cody Dr has 2 work spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, abundant storage & detached 2 car garage. 8 min drive from grocery stores, airport, hospitals & several parks.



The Space:

Please note, this home was built in the 1950's. It has character & quirks like original hardwood floors and a unique floor plan. We have added modern touches for comfort but enjoy the vibe an older home can provide.
