Pretty average. Our room looked out over a busy road. It was a short walk from a rather sad looking town. Although we were allowed dogs the st for the was mic higher than other hotels and for breakfast we were banished to a side room.

Enjoyed my stay!

Very good and clean hotel, 2 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They allowed us to leave our bags there before checking in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was essential, but good. I had a lovely stay, definitely would stay here again.

Castle hotel .

Clean. Friendly , helpful staff. The food in the bar was very tasty . Very handy for the station . Would recommend and stay again.

Very run down. Not made to feel welcome, mostly didn't ask for anything as felt like a inconvenience. Door lock jammed in the night, spent 10 mins struggling to get it open, thankfully there wasn't a fire. Booked breakfast included accommodation to find out it wasn't included so another £19 on top of the £20 dog supplement that I thought I'd paid when I booked. Very unhappy will not stay again and will not use hotels.com

Very good value for money

Very good value for money Hotel in convenient location for exploring Berwick. Nice breakfasts, very friendly staff. Only down side was parking was several hundred metres away, but would not stop me visiting again.
