Chalet in independent plank equipped and decorated with care, area of about 130 m2 at 1200 meters above sea level and facing south with a nice view.
Village of Bernex, 12 kilometers from Evian les Bains, a pretty unspoiled family-friendly ski resort open in winter - with adjustments depending on the snow level - from early December to early April. 5 minutes away (really 5 minutes!) by car from the bottom of the slopes (easily accessible and "parkable", even in very high season). Prices for ski passes, equipment rental and ski lessons are quite reasonable.
Lots of complementary activities (snowshoes, skating rink, etc.)

Outside the winter period, remarkable natural setting offering multiple possibilities of occupations (hiking, mountain biking, etc ... As well as all the "water" activities linked to the lake)
All the main shops (bakery, mini-market, press house, tobacconist, restaurants, ski rental, E.S.F., Tourist Office, etc.) within the village.

Other ski resorts nearby: Thollon les Mémises (1/4 hour), La Chapelle d'Abondance (1/4 hour, start of the immense Portes du Soleil area), Châtel-Les Gêts-Avoriaz (3/4 of an hour). These other stations are accessible by road (the domains are not connected with the Bernex domain)

Ideal for 2 families, it consists of a large room on the first floor with a large balcony including a living room, a kitchen / dining room. Wood burning stove in the living room.
Upstairs are three bedrooms (two with double beds and a third with four single beds, more suitable for children) and a bathroom with a toilet.
Two of the bedrooms have south-facing balconies.

On the ground floor, a room with a double sofa bed that can be used as a games room, office, etc. (complete "home theater" equipment) with en-suite shower room and toilet.

All comfort equipment available (including dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)

Garden of around 1000m2 with full summer equipment (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, lanterns, etc.)

Full household linen provided.
