We wanted to love this hotel because it’s dog and cat friendly. Problem was the noise level from the guests directly above us stomping around in their room for an hour and a half even after we complained to the front desk. The manager on duty did move us to the upper floor after we complained again. We paid for a hotel and couldn’t sleep!!! Additionally the road noise was very loud so between the two we only got about 4 hours of sleep. Never again.

This is the second time I have stayed at the property. I rent the accessible room with the roll in shower. The room is nicely divided with a sleep sofa on one side and a king bed on the other. I travel with my brother who is in a wheel chair. The room gives us both a spot of our own yet I’m close enough to be there to assist him. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The man that checked me in felt it necessary to extend his fingers to touch my hand when passing my room key cards to me. It was very intentional as he attempted to do same when handing me another item. I avoided additional contact as I expected it the second time. It was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and sleazy and I'm sure I am not the only one impacted. It was certainly not expected or encouraged.
