A beautiful apartment opposite Poniente beach.

Lovely clean apartment with beautiful views of the sea but no balcony. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. We arrived on Sunday and we had to first of all find where to pick up the keys. That was stressful.We drove to where the apartments were but nobody was there to explain anything. It took us a long time to work out what to do to park in the car. We had to ask a lady in another hotel to help us and l felt it was not a good start to our holiday.We know now what to do but it doesn't seem right that no staff were showing us what to do. We loved the apartment but found the booking stressful. Only book if someone is there to greet you and explain the system it needs explaining as it complicated getting just the keys from a box and trying to work out where you have to go and which key fits what. Carol May.
