The bed was so hard and uncomfortable you could not sleep also got locked out one night and security had to come and get us back in our swipe card didn’t work not a very good experience

Location was good - close to the lake. Room was clean; bed was very comfortable; refrigerator was a good size. However, our room was too close to the pool. Too noisy with children yelling and adults talking loudly until after 9pm, and then again at 6.30am. No regard for other guests!!! The room was very basic - definitely NOT worth the money we had to pay to stay there. So disappointing!

Quality Hotel Lakeside: 12/2-13/2

I booked the stay at this hotel, as Cosentino The Grand Illusionist performed his show, Decennium, at Ulumbarra Theatre. This hotel was perfect and a short distance from the venue, so that’s why I chose this hotel over others in the area.
