Cozy two level home - 2 minutes from beach on private wooded lot.

Private wooded lot near Grant Lake. Sleeps six with option of 8 with owner permission. Large family room for entertaining. Outside patio and deck. Kitchen stocked with everything necessary to cook. Seven miles from downtown Bemidji. Outdoor patio with a grill.

There is a large shop attached used to store construction equipment that will be locked to the VRBO and though we will attempt to not require anything from the shop during your stay, if there is something needed, we will certainly give you a heads up at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.

Lil' Getaway

Stayed for a month. Plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Bathroom is small. No local TV. Air conditioning, ice maker, applicances all work well. Washer and Dryer and extra large capacity. No yard.

Nice quiet place in the woods

The rental was very nice and clean, and the bonus room upstairs was enormous and a great place for playing board games. The place is a quick drive from town. Very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen.

Quiet hideaway in the woods

We enjoyed the peaceful location and being in a wooded area. We knew there was going to be a little drive to get into Bemidji but it didn't take long at all. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The only thing lacking were comfortable chairs on the lower level (there were just stools). The bug spray was a nice touch--it is northern Minnesota after all.
