The hotel is in desperate need of renovating and a deep clean. The sleeping room absolutely did not match the display photos. We stayed mostly for the waterpark/pool area, which was much smaller than anticipated, and the water in one of hot tubs appeared to be murky. We tried to keep our expectations low, but even still, we had hoped for a little more.

Room was good, thin walls but clean. Shower sprayed outside on the floor causing us to have soaked towels. Pool was disgusting, noticeably thick murky water. Splash park was nice. Staff called me every 30mins starting at 4:30 trying to see when I was planning to check in, even AFTER checking into 1 of the 3 rooms booked and telling them the others were on the way to check in. Totally different from my last couple of times being there so quality has went way down. $250 per room was NOT worth it. Will not be returning.

The hotel was clean, but the Lysol they spray in the hallways is a little bit overwhelming. I get cleaning, but there’s overdoing it too. It choked me right away. Other than thats. Every thing was great. Rooms breakfast and pool.

AMAZING. Amenities were excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. The pool water is very warm which makes the water park very fun. 10/10, I'll be back!
