Pros : good location, modern suite, good AC, comfortable bed
Cons: no elevator access to the level where the rooms are located - have to climb 2.5 flights of stairs, breakfast starts at 9am in a nicotine filled cafe - no other option available if you have a tour or early flight (we requested a refund since could only use 1 out of 3 mornings), rough toilet paper, no shelf in shower, only two towel hangers, no daily housekeeping unless requested, no toiletries at all - not even tissues, blow dryer not mounted with an attached heavy casing that dangles, smelly drain pipes, hard pillows without an option for anything else, the icing on the cake - a rude and un empathetic receptionist (Jelena).
