Contratei um quarto como uma cama queen e uma cama de solteiro, mas ao chegar no quarto não tinha uma cama de solteiro e sim um sofá cama. Contratei um quarto com visão para a baia e a única visão que eu tive foi por uma janelinha (fui enganado). Quarto estava sujo. Os funcionários não são proativos em resolver o problema da cama de solteiro, tive que telefonar por duas vezes. Inclusive para perder mais uma toalha pois éramos três adultos.

O hotel é novo e ainda precisa aperfeiçoar alguns quesitos, especialmente os que são tocados pela equipe de funcionários. As instalações estão maravilhosas, confortáveis. O quarto tem tem un excelente tamanho, cama confortável e roupas de banho muito boas. Localização é perfeita, praticamente dentro do complexo do Porto Futuro/Estação das Docas. Café da manhã é maravilhoso. Os pontos de melhoria são mais voltados para o treinamento da equipe mesmo, que ainda parece bem amadora. Limpeza das mesas do restaurante demora muito. Desde a hora que chegamos até o início da noite, louças de mesas da parte externa do restaurante não haviam sido recolhidas, passando impressão de desleixo e bagunça. Tentamos por 4 vezes em horários distintos ligar para a recepção e ninguém atendia (só na 5a tentativa). Quando voltávamos do café no dia do check-out (por volta de 9h da manhã), uma moça da limpeza nos abordou dizendo que eu seu papel constava a informação de que sairíamos naquele dia... a gente confirmou, quando então ela indagou o horário que íamos sair... rsrs... Não nos importamos com o fato, mas isso é só pra confirmar que a equipe ainda precisa ser melhor treinada... algumas informações os funcionários não sabiam dar ou não passavam muita certeza. Mas enfim... entende-se que é pelo fato do hotel ser muito novo. Decerto em breve será impecável.
