Found hair in my room twice. I drove 4 hours from New York , and finally went to lay down; next to a pillow with a stain AND hair on it. It was 1 am I was too tired at that time to argue with any staff. The following morning I found a clump of hair on the floor in the bathroom. Needless to say, Expedia made them give me a full refund. Then the country inn RETALIATED against me, and took more money out of my account. Which equaled the amount of the other half of my stay. No thank you. The manager even giggled and smirked at me when I told her I wanted an invoice because they “don’t know why” I had more charges.
