We were set to stay at the Best Western Plus across the highway but upon arrival it looked like a hotel straight out of a horror movie. So we last minute booked a room at Tru and it was amazing!

Morning check out staff was rude and not willing to try. I asked upon check out if I could have my Hilton honors added to my reservation is she rudely says we don’t do that with third-party Expedia reservations. This is completely untrue because it’s happened before where I’ve had to add it using Expedia and I’ve had absolutely no problem. Also, I asked for a receipt because they took a credit card and I wanted to make sure there was nothing on it. I was told by the same person that they do not produce a receipt for me because I did it through a third-party which again is false. One person absolutely ruined our visit and the only reason we tried the true Hilton was because we saw so many of them in our travels the last 60 days throughout the south. My book a lot through Expedia and if these are your choice of partners, I’ll have to look elsewhere again one person at the site cost so much dissatisfaction.
