When we arrived we were very late getting there. The code did not work. We contacted the guest contact Michael who did not answer but called us right back. Upon entering, we saw the kitchen sink was filthy complete with a some sort of seed. But it was after 12 and we were tired. But when we went into the bathroom, there was water standing in the tub and the drain was closed. And finally when we flipped the covers back the sheets were pilled and dirty and there was a hair. When we tried to change them for other sheets we hoped were clean from the closet, there were unsightly stains on them.
As it was late, we did not get in contact with Michael until the next morning. I sent pictures of the problems. He responded that he would check with the cleaning company to see what was going on and could he at least get dinner for us.
I responded thank you, thinking that he would get them to come back and clean and be in touch about dinner.
We never heard from him and nothing was done or resolved.
