The room was clean enough, but could have used a deep clean. It looks as if it is thoroughly wiped over between customers, however, the corners and crevices could use attention. The garbage cans in the room could use bags. It doesn't appear that they provide them anymore. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the manager seemed to micromanage them and corrected them in front of customers.

Everything was clean and well taken care of. Staff was very welcoming and attentive! Jake was very informative when we checked in and even made us aware that there was a youth sports team in the hotel for the weekend. Being parents of athletes we appreciated witnessing how the staff took made them all comfortable but also those, like us, who were not with the team. There were several amenities available that we did not utilize this time but did take a moment to look at them. The only downside was the noise we did hear from the room above us but it was not as bad as we've had at other hotels so we didn't let it hinder our experience. Great job to everyone working at this location.

This hotel didn't have hot water in the room given to us. Hotel staff said to just run the water longer, that didn't work. The rooms are apparently not cleaned under the bed, when collecting my childrens things in the morning, I found used condoms and other people's belongings under the beds.
