Hotel cost

The hotel, and everything about it, was excellent. The only thing that left a sour taste was that we booked it, mistakingly, through Hotels.com. If we had booked our stay with the hotel directly then it would have cost us half the amount we paid. Hotels.com are a rip off and I am posting this as a warning to everyone else - book directly with the hotel and don't make the same mistake as we did!!

great location.few minutes walk to center and carpark. check in straight forward although check in time was late 4.00pm would have preferred 2.00pm room comfortable and clean tea and coffee no biscuits though. great shower breakfast was ample but tables got cleared but not cleaned everytime. a pleasant stay

We had a one night stay. We were told where the nearest car park was which was good and easy to access a short walk but expensive. Lovely room clean and comfortable. Slept well and a good breakfast. We had forgotten our phone charger it would have been nice if the hotel had a few to borrow or a recharge pad in the room. Would have liked berries as part of breakfast otherwise happy. Xx

The hotel has an welcoming appeal, clean & tidy and wonderful staff. A key card is needed to enter the lifts & upstair rooms, which is a nice security feature. Plenty of food available at breakfast time. There are plastic cards on the tables that show it's available or occupied, a great idea for when you want to grab food and don't want your table taken. Limited menu available in the evening. The burger & club sandwich is a must. The hotel is situated near all the shops & train station. Bath is a fantastic place to visit, so much to see with plenty of restaurants & pubs.
