We got to the front desk of the apartment building to check in. I was told I didn’t have a reservation, even though I produce my reservation number and information from Vrbo. To make a long story short the owner of the apartment rented it out to someone else from what I understand they were staying there longer. So now it’s about 7 o’clock at night and I had no place to stay. I got in touch with Vrbo. They were very helpful help myself my problem. I shout out to.Vikas. He stayed on the phone with me until I had a solution to the problems. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone book this apartment in the future.
