It’s an okay hotel. But, it’s a bit far from the central attractions and you must take tram which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is nothing to write home about.

The hotel was just okay—nothing special, but not terrible either. The rooms were clean but uninspired, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit lackluster. The biggest issue was the bar, which seemed to flood constantly, making it almost unusable and leaving a damp, musty smell in the air. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about it or much else, often acting indifferent and, at times, even mildly rude when asked for assistance. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to book here again.

Not perfect but alright

we booked the 'double or twin' room and set preference for double, we were given twin, which weren't ideal if you're travelling as a couple. In hindsight maybe we should've avoided all together so we're not taking the risk of not having a double bed as it isn't guaranteed. The colour of the lights in the room are very warm which aren't to my liking but that's my own preference. We found a bug on the floor on the final night and it wasn't worth getting our room swap as we have an early flight to catch.

I picked Hotel Vincci Bit as it was close to the CCIB for my company’s conference. I felt very safe in this area of town, there’s plenty of dining in the area, even for those who eat earlier than the Spaniards :) - the room was very clean, and the staff super kind and accommodating. Would recommend!

The hotel seems to be pretty new, not far at all from the beach however is a bit in the middle of nowhere , you can hear everything from other rooms specially when they start cleaning, breakfast pretty limited I think it was too expensive for what it is!

Poor quality

When I booked the hotel, I mentioned in my booking notes that I require a quiet room because of previous sleep disturbance. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was on the 1st floor facing the main street with cars passing by and had to request a room change. When they changed the room, the second room was all dusty (I could scoop the dust with my finger on the table and window pane) that I had to grab one of the house keepers to vacuum the floor (it did not solve the problem). They also charge for the room water which is absurd, and they don't allow for the sparkling water bottle I ordered downstairs in the lobby to bring it back up to the room). The App was also not working, and it took them multiple phone calls to deliver a single pillow. Horrible customer service, bad system, also wifi had an issue, the bed was uncomfortable, nothing was quite right. I stayed at Vincci Maritimo before and had a good experience, so I was very surprised how poor this hotel is. Breakfast was also bad. Nothing really good here. I would recommend choosing other hotels if for the same price range.

Located just a short walk away from the beach, this property is very lovely. The facilities are clean, the furniture is really cute, the beds are comfy, the pool and terrace are so nice but the best part was the staff!! We were welcomed with smile and even got phone call once we were in our room to see if everything was great. I would stay here again and again! There was one thing I would change though, the brand of the hair dryers. Not a deal breaker but a little more powerful tool would be amazing!!
