Buenaventura Conill i Montobbio, modernist architect, disciple and close friend of Gaudí, built the house to live in with his family and appreciate his master´s work. Thanks to Buenaventura grandfather, grandchildren, we have had our home in a unique building with lots of history. We are happy to share it with you, so you can know a little more of Buenaventura, our culture and our people. We have lived here for 20 years. With a surface of 220m2, this sixth floor luxury apartment, comfortable and renovated, will open its doors as tourist apartment permanently from 1 June 2016. It has four double bedrooms, a master suite with bathroom and dressing room, another suite with private room and two double rooms. It has a spacious kitchen-dining room and two living rooms (main and additional) and a total of three bathrooms. The main living room is sunny and spacious and has two balconies with sweeping views of Paseo de Gracia and the famous Manzana de la Discordia, the block that contains Casa Batlló and other landmark Modernista buildings: Casa Amatller and Casa LLèo Morera.

Paseo de Gracia is the street of exclusive shops: Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Chanel, among others, not to mention some of the best restaurants in the city.

The price includes daily cleaning from Monday to Friday

The apartment is fully equipped with top range electrical appliances: Siemens, Bosch, Electrolux, Franke… The kitchen has induction plates, wine cooler, coffee expresso machine and a slow juicer. It has also four LED televisions, one of them a smart TV, all with over 20 international TV channels included. Air-conditioning in all rooms and thermostat-controlled central heating. The master suite bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. The other suite is sunny and has its own private room with partial views of the Sagrada Familia and Torre Agbar. The additional living room has its TV is ideal for families with children. All these amenities are integrated into the original structure of the building of the architect Conill I Montobbio. The decoration is classical and elegant in the taste of the Catalan haute bourgeoisie.

The district is incomparable. To be located in the center of Paseo de Gracia opposite Casa Batlló is a privilege. Moreover, just 300m. from the house, also in Paseo de Gracia, is La Pedrera, one of Gaudi´s most famous and outstanding buildings which its summer concerts on the roof are a joy for the senses.
Staying here you can enjoy having the landmark buildings of Modernismo, the luxury shops and the most famous restaurants all in the same street. At the same time you will find all the comforts of a friendly neighborhood: traditional market, supermarkets, small shops, cafés and restaurants with charm.

Staying in the center of Barcelona means that you can walk to the main places of interest. Moreover, just a few steps from the house you have a metro and a railway station, a stop of several buses and a taxi rank. And if you rent a car there is a car park just outside the building.

The building is currently home of some members of architect Buenaventura Conill i Montobbio´s family.
To enter the building there are two doors with safety keys and surveillance cameras.
In Barcelona there is a tourist tax of € 2. 5 per person / night over 16 years old, with a maximum of seven nights
