Amazing renovated and modern apartment for large families or a group of (respectful) friends who want to spend and visit the wonderful city of Barcelona. Fully equipped and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and 1 has an expandable bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and, above this, an excellent location. A few hundred meters from the Avinguda Diagonal, it is a luxury apartment in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona.

The space

When looking at the neighborhood you see a lot of renovated but still classic buildings and this one is one of them. Also, around the apartment you will find good restaurants like Barra Alta or Restaurant Yifan Sushi, this are just suggestions of all the restaurants there are close by.

When you enter the apartment, you enter the hallway with on your left one of the renovated new bathrooms, on your right you walk in the apartment with an open kitchen, it is very modern but classic and fully equipped, on your left is the smaller but still stylish bedroom. When you walk in the living room you have a beautiful view over the neighborhood together with a big TV and a big corner sofa in the corner. There is also a big dining table on the other side of the living room. Behind the big wooden sliding doors, you find the master bedroom with a double bed. The bigger bathroom is connected to this room. The ceilings are designed with exposed bricks, this is classic in Barcelona.

All together this apartment is the definition of a luxurious stay in Barcelona!

We do not accept groups of friends of below 30. Suitable for families. Suitable for business travellers. Should you not be a family or business traveller always contact us first with a description of you and the fellow group as also ages and reason of stay.

The elevator has space for just one suitcase per ride (up and down). So when you are travelling with multiple suitcases keep in mind you have to go with the elevator in a few go's.

Keep in mind that it is not allowed to bring baby strollers upstairs. It can be stored downstairs and you will be given a key.
