The staff at the front desk were unhelpful. Long lines at check in. Wake up call on departure day to airport was forgotten. No taxi even though I had confirmed multiple times the evening prior. Their answer to every request was a no ( e.g., coffee, taxis). Not 5 star service at all.

Great hotel and especially perfect before or after a cruise as it is located 5 minutes from where most ships are docked. Clean spacious room with a great shower! The only thing negative that I could say is that the room got a little warm by the morning. It was nice and cool when we checked in and overnight, but then got warm and we could not adjust it. It was stuck at a certain temperature. But everything and everyone else was were wonderful. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay again.

I had such a great experience at the Eurostars Grand Marina. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, right by the water, close to everything, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff made the stay even better. Everyone was warm and helpful, and I especially want to mention Mariona, who gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation that ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. This was my second visit and it was a wonderful as I remember. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a place I’d happily return to again.

Location of the hotel is ideal and close to touristy stuff. Taxis and rental bicycles are available all the time. The ocean is right there, which is very nice. Staff was great, friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth snd staff explained everything about the hotel, such as breakfast and pool location. Room door is not sound proof, you can hear everything what is going on in the hallway, and if there is an event inside the hotel, you will hear the music. The window in my room (212) was open when I entered and had to close it before birds, insects etc. can come in. The windows do not have handles, so I had to use my tools to close it. I could have called front desk for it, but it was already 1.30am. Mini bar in my room (212) was not cold, so all beverages were obviously not cold. Body wash bottle in the shower was empty, but luckily the bottle by the sink had some left. Second sink drainage was not draining properly. Room is equipt with kettle and coffee maker, with pods, teabags, sugar etc. Coffee was not good. Tea was mediocre, but again it was free so really can't complain too much. I did not try the $55 breakfast, just because it was $55...
