Nightmare

There are so many reasons I would not recommend this place. Mainly is the response of the owner/rental company to issues. The bedroom AC never worked and it was never fixed nor options given to us. What we ended up doing was having to move the mattress every night into the living room in order to sleep. I texted and email the rental company and they basically ignored us. The shower was filty. What was promoted as a terrace was dirty and unsafe.

Excelente departamento, muy cómodo y bien ubicado. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluída durante todo el viaje. No utilizamos la terraza. Excelente lugar para un viaje de 2-3 peraonas. Recomiendo sin dudas este lugar!!

La verdad está bien el piso pero descuidado en algunos aspectos. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no va y he visto que otros clientes se quejaron. Además el aire falta mantenimiento está sucio los filtros. El lavabo del baño está atascado. Falta las luces del espejo. Las puertas del baño no tiene tiradores ni se cierran herméticamente. Falta un poquito de cariño, ni siempre es solo ganar hay que aportar algo.

La casa ospitava 4 persone ma ci sono costi extra non indicati chiaramente nell’annuncio: oltre al prezzo sul sito, si paga una tassa di soggiorno di circa 25 a persona, e persino il check-in può comportare un sovrapprezzo. L’appartamento è in una palazzina con scale molto strette e senza ascensore, dettaglio non specificato.La posizione è tranquilla e abbastanza centrale, ma la pulizia era scarsa, un lavandino del bagno e l’aria condizionata della camera da letto non funzionavano. Considerando il prezzo, mi aspettavo molto di più: ho soggiornato in case più belle e curate a Barcellona, con la stessa agenzia e a costo simile.

De locatie is super. Er zijn veel winkels, restaurants en supermarkten in de directe omgeving. De Sagrada Familia is op een 10 minuten loopafstand. S avonds is het rustig in de omgeving. Het appartement zelf echter, laat te wensen over. De indeling is prima voor 2 personen of een gezin met kleine kinderen, maar niet voor 4 volwassenen. Het was niet schoon, ook het beddengoed niet. De airco in het slaapgedeelte werkt niet. Bij regen is er een lekkage op 2 verschillende plekken. Die lekkage is aan de sporen te zien, niet nieuw. Gelukkig zijn er 2 emmers aanwezig.
