The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning, as are two of the bedrooms, ensuring comfort throughout the year. - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Clean and convenient
We enjoyed our stay. Our host was kind and answered our questions. Clean and comfortable place, close to the train, market, restaurants. You might want to bring earplugs as there were some people outside partying late at night.
