Toen we binnen gingen was al te zien dat het al effe niet meer verhuurd was, de kasten planken waren nog helemaal vol stof. Over hingen nog spinnen web Per ongeluk was er iets onder bed gevallen en ik had er beter niet onder gezien, vol haar en nog een pattat lag eronder. Nog haar van vorige huurders hun huisdier lag er nog. Verwoekerde lavendelstruiken, niet onderhouden. Tafel met bankje onder Haag was azo vuil en groen. Geen goede ervaring met dit huisje.

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit einem schönen großen Garten in einer ruhigen Gegend (wenn die Wachhunde ruhig wären). Es gibt keinen Fernseher im Haus und das WLAN ist schlecht, also bringen Sie genügend Brettspiele mit ;). Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, keine Schneidebretter vorhanden. In der Beschreibung stand eine Kombi-Mikrowelle, es handelte sich jedoch um einen Backofen

Het huis staat niet goed aangegeven aan de straatkant het was even zoeken. Het is een groot huis op een zeer rustige plek. Toen wij aankwamen was onze eerste indruk goed, goede ontvangst. Later bleek dat er heel slecht was schoongemaakt vieze vaatwasser ,oven ,koffiezetapparaat en de douche zat schimmel in dus eerst alles zelf maar schoongemaakt. Er is niet veel te beleven in het dorp, er is een pub en bistro op 400 meter afstand je moet wel goed ter been zijn want het is steil omhoog. Supermarkt is niet op 400 meter zoals beschreven maar op 6 km afstand. Voor een gezin met kinderen of mensen die van water en strand houden is dit geen goede plek. Volgens beschrijving is het meer op 2 km afstand klopt ook niet het meer is moeilijk te vinden en niet om te zwemmen.

Deze streek in Italië is een echte aanrader. Het Lago Maggiore en met name Stresa en Isola Bella is prachtig. Maar ook het Lago d'Orta is zeer mooi. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige wat beter kan zijn de stoelen waarop je buiten zit. Deze waren niet echt comfortabel. Gezien het zeer warme weer misten wij toch wel een zwembad bij het huisje.... In de omgeving was het wel lastig om in de directe omgeving een leuk restaurant te vinden.

Prettige ontvangst door de sleutelhouder. De accommodatie was prima lekker ruim en veel comfort. De omgeving is mooi en het huis ligt centraal je kunt alle kanten op met fiets, auto of trein. In verband met de privacy vonden we het minder prettig, dat (familie van) de eigenaar de auto naast het terras parkeert. Ook het feit, dat er twee dagen schilders aan het werk waren, vonden we erg vervelend.

Dit appartement is ruim, heel compleet en heeft een fijn bed en een goede douche. Er zit een ruime tuin bij die afgesloten wordt met een elektronisch hek. De mensen die de sleutel overhandigden zijn hele vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben een fijne tijd in dit appartement gehad! In de beschrijving staat dat er een magnetron is. Die hebben wij nergens kunnen vinden, maar dat was niet echt een probleem voor ons. Het is alleen beter om die uit de beschrijving te halen.

Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomt door de hartelijke beheerder.Hij leidde ons rond door de mooie woning met ruime slaapkamer, mooie douche ruimte en woonkamer en keuken. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben enorm genot van twee weken zon, rust en comfort. We hebben verschillende uitjes gedaan naar Lago Maggiore, meer van Lugano, Comomeer en Milaan. Het huis ligt erg centraal voor leuke uitstapjes. We rijden in een stationwagon.....in en uit parkeren op het terrein is een uitdaging...maar na een keer of tien in- en uit parkeren ben je er wel aan gewend .-) We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Super Luxuswohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend. Marmorböden überall, exzellentes Design, sehr komplett, ordentlich und super sauber. Niederländische Kanäle auf einem riesigen Fernseher, ein riesiger begehbarer Kleiderschrank, eine Waschmaschine, man kann nicht daran denken oder es ist da. Niederländische Eigentümer wohnen über der Wohnung (hatten überhaupt keine "Probleme"). Empfang durch einen sehr freundlichen italienischen Manager, der alles komplett in gebrochenem Deutsch / Italienisch / Englisch / Niederländisch erklärt. Netter Mann, hinterlasse seine Telefonnummer, falls es Fragen gibt und komm regelmäßig vorbei, um nachzuschauen. Einziger Nachteil könnten die Hunde der Nachbarn sein, aber Sie sind nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung und am Abend bis zum Morgen können Sie sie nicht mehr hören ...
