Great proximity to Land of Oz, and overall a decent rental. Its definitely older…kitchen is old and needs work, but was equipped to cook. Rooms were small but comfortable enough. Be warned the 2 bedrooms are main level with steep stairs (one of which is cracked) going up to living room and kitchen. Some quirks…no screen on upper deck if you want to open the sliding glass doors for fresh air, not many windows in general to open up with 2 window A/Cs, some outlets work by light switch, and washer/dryer were out of order. Getting 1st access was an issue as the codes originally provided were wrong, so when we arrived at night we had to call for help. Front porch light didn’t work either, so that was awkward in the pitch black. For 3 nights it served us well enough, but it does need some improvement as far as cleanliness and lighting goes.
