This peaceful, centrally located two-bedroom home is just 15 miles from Boone and Banner Elk and close to lots of outdoor adventures like Otter Falls, Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zipline, and Linville Caverns, Inc. When you're not out enjoying a good hot weather hike or some white water rafting with friends, kick back in the spacious living room to stream your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV above the gas fireplace. You'll love the open concept shared between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and the furnished deck makes for a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of evening wine. The kitchen has all the appliances and counter space you need to prepare delicious meals for everyone to enjoy at the breakfast bar with seating for four. When its time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite baths to enjoy, the primary bedroom with deck access and the guest room with a flatscreen TV. I have been staying in quite a few Billeaud properties in the past few months and this one is definitely one of the top! It’s spacious, has a great view, is tucked away up the mountain, but the property flattens out, which made it much easier to transfer everything from the car to the condo.It is fully stocked, really has everything you would need and more. We even barbecued on the charcoal grill outside, which was a nice bonus.Check out was very easy and the property management was on top of everything. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice condo, location, and beautiful view of the Grandfather Mountain profile. Place was clean with the exception of one toilet. Very comfortable beds. Low water pressure in showers but not a game changer. Would stay here again.

Head’s up: AC only in living room

The photos depict exactly how the property looks. The home was clean. The views of the mountains from the deck are incredible. The check in/out process with Vacasa was seamless. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our ONLY complaint is that the house was advertised as having AC, but there was only a unit in the living room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, but without AC this week, sleeping was very uncomfortable. We even brought a floor fan and put it in the doorway of the bedroom to try to make the bedroom cooler. I know AC is typically not necessary in this area of the NC mountains, but the 4 days we were there were in the upper 80s and the condo never fully cooled down. I messaged Vacasa after the first night and they thanked me for my feedback, but they didn’t offer a solution.

Final resting place

We siblings took this trip to lay to rest our father. We enjoyed our stay at 7 Fevils. The scenery, tranquility and easy of access was amazing. The apartment was clean and quiet. We played games, went to Mystery Hills and went to multiple shops in Boone and Banner Elk. We saw the back side of Blue Ridge Mountains. We made a few suggestions and ate wonderful food. We took a bunch of pictures and we made some memories. I definitely plan on coming back eventually to go skiing and see Blue Ridge and Grandfather Mountains after the roads open completely.

This condo is in a beautiful location; however, it was lacking in cleanliness and VACASA seems to be more robotic than human. The door lock was 10 random numbers, not user friendly or easy to remember. Fingerprints, dust and spots and NO cleaning products for the kitchen except the usual DW or hand soap...nothing to clean the counter with.

Great Place for a Getaway!

This home was perfect for a long weekend getaway to celebrate our June birthdays! It was very clean, and the decor and furnishings were very nice. We especially appreciated the spiritual touches in the decor. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The location is good for access to Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock. It was very quiet and relaxing!
