We stayed here as a family and honestly had a really comfortable experience. The place was very clean when we arrived, which is important for us when traveling with kids. The beds were comfortable and the room felt well looked after. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We felt comfortable letting our kids stay and sleep here. For the price, it’s really good value and we would definitely consider staying again

The room was perfect for us & our 4 children. Reasonably central and quick to walk to a night market. Easy to find taxis ect to move around and about a 10-15 minute walk to the sky train. Well connected with the airport. The room itself was ok, it needs some basic renovation in the shower and finishing touches to make it more comfortable. Overall it served it's purpose for a couple of nights in Bangkok with the kids before flying to the coast. I wouldn't have been happy with the standard if staying more than a couple of jet lag days.

Unfortunately, our experience at this properly was poor. The hotel clearly felt outdated and our room & lobby had a persistent, unpleasant smell . We also had to deal with a malfunctioning AC that leaked continuously, disrupting our sleep. The online pictures for Themed Boutique Hotel are deceptive and not at all like the reality. Very Disappointed.

Outstanding value for money in Bangkok! The host clearly understands what travelers need - the space was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. perfect after long days exploring the city. Sadly the only negative part to our amazing trip to thailand. So we had a problem as soon as we checked in. The two bunk beds in our family room were crawling with ants. The staff were informed and came to verify, however told us that housekeeping would come the next day to clean it for us. We informed them that that doesn't help our situation as we are short two beds and asked to speak to the manager. We were told the manager is away and will not respond to any messages. We told them that's absurd and the fact that nothing is being done to help us contact someone who can change our situation is ridiculous. We asked if we could switch rooms, initially we were told no as the staff claimed the hotel was full only to be told minutes later that a suite with 2 queen beds could be given to us. We then asked to view the room before we accept and to our bemusement was told we could absolutely not view the room before we took them. Which we said doesnt make sense, we cant view a room to make sure its up to par before we accept it? Especially when you had ants in the other one? The next day the ants were still in our bunk beds rendering 2 beds unusable. One of my friends who still chose to sleep in one of them was riddled with bites. We brought this up and were told once again, nothing could be done and that the manager/owner is unreachable. Also that under no circumstance would they give us a refund.

We had some concerns after reading some bad reviews about the property. However, our experience turned out to be a pleasant one. Room was basic but clean, which was our top priority. Very basic facilities but sufficient if just needed a decent place for sleeps. Walking distance to Pratunam area with many restaurants, massage parlours along the way. Having said that distance to the nearest BTS is not very near although walkable.

Not an ideal location although the walk to Baiyoke is not too long. Rather confusing walk towards the hotel and the lanes gets rather dark and can be intimidating. Room has a strong smell. Toilet ventilation is noisy. Door is creaky. Toothbrushes not provided. Bottled water provided only for day1. Housekeeping/bedsheets and towels will be change only after 3nights. Room cleaning only every 2days. Toilet rule is DO NOT THROW toilet paper into toilet bowl. Water dispenser provided at the lobby has a strange taste. No toilet available at the lobby. Upon check out, no staff was around. Many luggages can be seen left in the lobby. Not secured and that anyone can walk in to take them away.
