Perfect location, just meters from BTS Surasak. Second stay on this trip. Large clean, modern room with unobstructed view. Quiet. 7/11 at the corner. Will return.

The hotel very near to BTS and very comfort go around with BTS. Hotel very clean and the staff quite helpfull. Just the aircon not functioning very well.

Location Rules!

Located off the main road and difficult to locate the first time. However, it is an excellent location most convenient to BTS Surasak. Older property yet very clean and secure. Staff are accommodating. Breakfast is standard western made to order. There are a few asstd street food vendors 1 minute away but close down by 8pm.

Wam place in the hotel.

The hotel is close to bts but it's super warm in the room as the air con is not working well. we have tune it to 18 degree but it's still so warm... god help us in our future booking.

Room for improvment

Check in was not the greatest! Guy at reception needs to improve. No smile just direct. Not sort of things you except in a hotel. Girls at reception always smiled and welcomed us any time we passed by. Room was good. Amenities good. Close to everything. Had an issue at check out where my room door was blocked and i could not get inside. Electronic key not working even changed it twice. Even the staff key was not working and we had to catch a plane and pack up. This eventually made us lose a lot of time which was very frustrating. Spoke to the manager who offered us a free taxi ride to the airport. Thank you for that. Breakfast at the hotel is limited to two choice. Sandwich or egg, bread and sausaage. Overall good stay but could improve on check in and one staff in particular. Always smile and deliver!
