Got food poisoning from their chicken. Had to cancel flight costing me hundreds again to rebook, go hospital and rest up for 2 days. Hotel were rude about it and said I can’t prove I got it from the Crystal restaurant but I hadn’t eaten all day. Only good thing is shuttle to airport is regular.

Clean and a very helpful staff. I was having issues connecting to their wyfi. A staff member came to my room and spent 30 minutes figuring out the problem. I had just loaded a VPN the day before and it was blocking excess.

Excellent stop over for one night in transit. Free shuttle was easy to find and on time, delivered us quickly to the hotel. Check in was smooth and friendly. Room was perfect, large comfortable bed. I had to leave very early next morning, again easily arranged on the free shuttle. I can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have time for it. I’d stay here again happily if needing a hotel near the airport. I doubt you’d find better

Great place near the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Efficient 24 hrs free shuttle. The rooms have a lot of space and in general very clean. And the staff was great. But be aware that there is nothing around the hotel, a taxi will be mandatory to do almost anything else.

The toilet clogged after regular use and the flush handle was stuck down so water flooded from the toilet and covered the entire bathroom floor with toilet water. I had to manually pull the flush handle up to stop it from flooding. By this time it was 2am and I was tired from over 24hrs of travel so just went to bed. Additionally, the sink and shower drains were plugged and not draining with no visible mechanism to raise them so I had to go in with my hands and pull the plugs out so the water would drain which was gross. It was too much headache to deal with late at night after 24 hrs of travel. On a positive note, the breakfast was spectacular. Great choices and plenty of variety
